MEET OUR TEAM

We explain what we see. You make the decisions.

Our team brings functional health assessment, coaching and organisation. You bring your goals, what you know about your own body and your choices. Every recommendation comes with an explanation, so you understand what’s in your plan and why.

The woman has long, wavy, light brown hair and is wearing a white sleeveless top and pants. They are holding hands and smiling, with a round, dark-colored side table beside them.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Your experience and our expertise.

What we bring.

A thorough assessment, a plan in the right order, clear explanations and support for all 16 weeks.

What you bring.

Your goals, your history, your preferences and what you know about your own body.

How decisions are made.

We explain what we’re seeing and talk through your options. You choose what fits your life, and we adjust your plan as you go.

FOUNDER & WOMEN’S HEALTH COACH

Tennielle

Tennielle spent more than ten years looking for answers about her own gut and hormone health. She saw doctors, naturopaths and nutritionists and tried the diets and supplements of the moment before functional health gave her a starting point that made sense.

Before Real Women’s Health she was a primary school teacher, and she has taught more than 500 people. That background shapes how the program runs: clear checklists, resources that explain the reason behind each step and coaching that makes complex information easy to follow.

LEAD PRACTITIONER

Jase

Jase came to functional health through his own recovery. After two back surgeries at a young age and his own gut health challenges, he was told he wouldn’t play sport again. He went on to study a functional approach to health and returned to football.

Today he reviews each client’s health history and comprehensive blood work, explains what he finds in plain language and builds personalised recommendations. He collaborates weekly with world-class practitioners.
