What Happens After You Join?

You become part of the Real Women’s Health community.

From there, you are guided through each step with clear checklists, simple instructions and support around you, while we begin the process of getting to know your body, your health history and your goals deeply.

This first part of the program is designed to help you feel clear, held and organised, rather than overwhelmed by another plan.

You choose your start date

You choose when you want to begin, receive your next steps and get access to the Real Women’s Health portal and community.

This gives you space to organise your blood work and submit your results to your practitioner before you begin.

We get to know your body

Week 1 arrives, you complete your Health Blueprint and food diary so we can gain a deeper understanding of your health and life.

Your symptoms, history and results are reviewed together, so your plan isn’t built from one symptom or marker in isolation.

Attend your Functional Health Consult

Your practitioner walks through what your results and history are showing, asks deeper questions and begins shaping the direction of your first plan.

This is where your body starts to make more sense.

You’ll lay the foundations

Whilst your Phase 1 plan is being carefully crafted, you’ll move into a Preparation Phase, where you’ll set the foundations and implement an anti-inflammatory nutrition plan to set the stage to make the most of everything that follows.

You’ll begin your weekly Check-Ins to track how your body responds and you’ll start attending our group calls, which offer regular, consistent opportunities for support, connection and reflection.

Your first plan arrives

Your nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plans are intentionally built around your body, adapted as your body responds and designed to move you through the phases in the order your body needs.

You’ll be guided as you begin putting the plan into place, to protect your momentum and ensure your plan continues to feel realistic in your actual life.

You’re supported every step

You’ll have access to our online community to ask questions daily, your group calls and check-ins for feedback, ideas and support weekly, and our Real Women’s Health portal and emails, which will guide you through every step of your journey and support you to understand your body on a deeper level.

  • You will receive your next steps, portal access and community access. You will then be guided through your Assessment Period with clear checklists and support while we begin getting to know your body, history and goals deeply.

  • Functional Blood Analysis reviews your blood work through tighter functional ranges and looks for patterns across your results, symptoms and health history.

    Standard pathology ranges are often broad and commonly used to flag disease or significant abnormality. That can be important, but it does not always explain why a woman feels exhausted, bloated, inflamed, hormonally out of balance or not like herself.

    We look at over 70 blood markers and 60+ functional patterns to better understand what your body may need first.

    Your blood work is never looked at on its own. It is reviewed alongside your Health Blueprint, symptoms, food diary, history and goals, so your plan is built from the full picture.

    This can be especially validating if you have been told your blood tests are ‘normal’, but you still feel anything but.

    We use ranges that are updated annually by the Institute of Health, based on only the highest quality research into what’s actually healthy, in order for you to thrive.

    These aren’t the same ranges or methods a doctor or naturopath uses.

  • If this is the case, you should be proud of yourself for continuing to seek answers to improve your health.

    Many women come to us after trying different practitioners, supplements, food changes, testing or protocols. It is completely natural to wonder whether this will be different.

    The difference here is that your assessment, blood work, symptoms, history, plan and weekly support are all brought together. Your plan is adaptive, your support is accessible and you are not left trying to work out the next step alone.

    You will have your practitioner team, community, coaching calls and resources around you to support adherence, motivation and implementation.

  • Our program begins with a 16 Week package, where you’re guided with the tools, knowledge and support to move your body through the biological phases of restoring function, in a way that is carefully curated to suit your needs, your goals and your life.

    The length of your journey is dependent upon where your health is currently, your adherence to the program and your preferred pace for progress that feels manageable.

    At the end of your first 16 weeks, we review what has changed, what still needs support and whether one of our Add On Packages would be useful for your next layer of progress.
