THE REAL WOMEN’S HEALTH PROGRAM

An individual plan for your health.

And a team to help you put it into practice.

In 16 weeks, you’ll complete a comprehensive assessment, receive personalised recommendations and work directly with our team as you implement your plan.

You’ll understand what we’re focusing on, why it has been recommended and how to make changes alongside your everyday responsibilities.

Spend less time deciding what to try next.

Another diet. A different supplement. Advice that contradicts what you read last week.

You may have already put considerable effort into improving your health without knowing which recommendations suit your individual needs.

We start by assessing your health history, symptoms, current routines and comprehensive blood work together. Your practitioner explains the findings, develops your plan and helps you identify what to focus on first.

You can focus your efforts on recommendations developed for you, with someone to speak to as you progress.

ONE CONNECTED PROCESS

Understand. Personalise. Progress.

01 | Your comprehensive assessment

Complete your detailed health blueprint and food diary, organise your blood work and meet your practitioner for an in-depth consultation. You’ll discuss the findings, your goals and your current lifestyle.

02 | Your individual health plan

Your practitioner develops nutrition, lifestyle and supplement guidance based on your assessment. You’ll receive clear instructions, practical resources and an explanation of the purpose of each recommendation.

03 | Coaching and ongoing review

Through weekly check-ins, scheduled one-on-one consultations, fortnightly group calls and community support, you can ask questions, review progress and discuss changes to your plan.

Understand your plan. Be part of every decision.

We explain why recommendations are being made and invite you to share what is working, what feels difficult and what you would prefer to approach differently.

We shape our conversations around your experience and choices throughout the program.

The knowledge you develop here is designed to remain useful long after your time working directly with us.

Your body. Your goals. Your choices. Your team.

Before you begin.

Your next step is a conversation about your health goals.

Tell us what you’d like to improve. We’ll explain the assessment, show you how the program works and discuss what your first steps would involve.
